Permac.. Quality Policy


Permac Electronics Quality Policy is to build business success through customer satisfaction.

This is to be achieved by striving for full compliance with the requirements of the appropriate standards and procedures in all the services supplied to customers.

The business quality culture is to promote a complete understanding of customer needs and to aim, through continuous improvement, for a goal of error free performance. All staff are encouraged to contribute to this goal.

This policy is to be supported by a formally published Quality Management System (QMS) which is to be reviewed and updated as necessary to maintain instructions and guidance for effective day to day Quality Control.

The QMS procedures should be simple and brief so that, when used together with training and instruction, all staff clearly understand their responsibilities and method of working.
