Permac Electronics Ltd. provides support for a wide range of commercial and defence equipment including Shipborne Weapon Systems, Command and Control Systems and Sensors.
Permac employ a highly trained and experienced team of engineers who provide repair, commissioning and support capability to the defence industry. All our personnel have many years experience working on all classes of vessel currently in service with the Royal Navy and an in-depth knowledge of the equipment types that we service.
Equipment Installation and Commissioning
Permac provides an Installation and Commissioning service, inclusive of Setting to Work, Integration and Harbour Acceptance Trials, for the ADAWS and CACS Command and Control Weapon Systems. Our expertise covers the total spectrum of these systems, from the Radar Displays to the Computer and Linking to external systems such as Seadart, SCTS, Link 11, Link 16, sensors and radars.
We also have the capability to install modifications and system updates within these equipment, including internal wiring and mechanical modifications, PCB rework and complete integration of the modified system.
Test and Repair Facilities
Permac provide a test and repair service for all LRU's used on the equipment detailed above, as well as the Special Type Test Equipment used for System Setting to Work.
Calibration
Permac provide a calibration service for a wide range of specialised equipment, including Dummy Directors, Angle Position Indicators, Message Simulators, Signal Generators and CSH Test Equipment.
